It's Teacher Appreciation Week! Here are ways you can thank the folks who are shaping your children's lives:
1. Send an email note or have your child compose a message. Email addresses for Edison teachers/staff can be found here: http://www.champaignschools.org/schools/directory/staff.php?id=20
2. Have your child hand-write a thank you note, draw a picture, compose a poem, or share his/her creative expression of appreciation. What is your child's favorite subject and how does the teacher contribute to that? What is your child's least favorite (or most challenging) subject and how does that teacher make it better?
