  • Lots of Ways to Earn Money for Edison:  At County Market You can sign up for OR register your current County Market Max Card for Education to Edison Middle School, the number is #331. Remember even if you have already registered this needs to be updated annually.

Target has a similar reward program called Take Charge for Education. Simply apply for a Target charge (Red Card)/debit card, get approved, and Target donates 1% of your Red Card/Target Debit card purchases to your school. Here is the link for more info and to apply http://sites.target.com/site/en/corporate/page.jsp?contentId=PRD03-005157 If you already have a Target charge/debit you can still earn money for Edison. With holiday shopping coming up this is a great and EASY way to help Edison Middle School!

Schnucks has a similar program. Sign up for an e-scrip card or use current one and you can help Edison earn money. This does not interfere with their gas rewards program.

  • Edison Spirit Wear  If you missed your chance to order Edison Spirit wear at registration, the final order for the school year will be taken from now until Nov 18th, order form is attached. These are the red tees and hoodies and gray sweats. Simply submit your order form along with payment in an envelope marked "spirit wear" to the office.  The apparel will be ready early in December and will be distributed to your student, so be sure to indicate student name and grade level.  If you have any questions, contact Jo Lynne Clauson at joclauson@comcast.net

  • PE Clothing: Parents you can still order PE clothes for your student. Attached is the order form. Submit your order form along with payment in an envelope marked PE Clothes to the office.

  • Community Events: Coach Joe Yager is bringing a former MLB player and current scout to town for a special one-day camp. Lou Collier will provide instruction on defense and hitting. For the older players he will also share his experience with what types of things scouts look for when evaluating young players. There is a cut off at 14 student per camp. This is a great opportunity for "small group" instruction and there are still some spots available in all sessions.
