- School Supply List: Attached to this e-mail is the 2011-2012 school supply list for Edison. This can also be found on the Unit 4 website.
- Important Dates:
8/11 Registration (8 am–1 pm and 4 pm–7 pm)
8/15 Late Registration (10 am–4 pm)
8/22 First Day of School
- Edison Poms Squad Tryouts
Who: 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Edison girls are all welcome to tryout
What: You will learn a short dance routine and cheer on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday the girls will tryout for the judges in groups of 2 or 3 at a time. There will be approximately 15 spots on the squad and 5 alternates. The list of squad members and alternates will be posted on Friday, Sept 2nd at the end of the school day by the main office.
Where: Edison Auditorium on all 3 days
When: 3-4 pm, Tues - Thurs August 30th, 31st, and September 1st

- Girls Basketball: GBB tryouts can begin Monday, Aug. 29 which is only 1 week after school begins.
If your daughter is planning to tryout please make sure I have the 3 pieces of required paperwork by FRIDAY, AUG. 12.

* this year the 7th grade team can have 1 - 5 sixth graders on the team
* 7th graders will not be allowed to play up on 8th grade team

At County Market You can sign up for OR register your current County Market Max Card for Education to Edison Middle School, the number is #331. Remember even if you have already registered this needs to be updated annually. Target has a similar reward program called Take Charge for Education. Simply apply for a Target charge (Red Card)/debit card, get approved, and Target donates 1% of your Red Card/Target Debit card purchases to your school. With holiday shopping coming up this is a great and EASY way to help Edison Middle School!
