Edison's Mission
It is our mission at Edison Middle School to work collaboratively to place the focus on the academic, social, and emotional needs of each individual student first and ensure that ALL students are prepared for post-secondary education.
Edison Golf: Congratulations to the following Edison students who represented Edison in our first appearance at the IESA Golf Sectional held at Hickory Point Club in Decatur.

Golfers who qualify will participate in the IESA state golf tournament at Kellogg Golf Club in Peoria. McKenzie McCoy will represent Edison in the girls tournament. We are waiting on results from Saturday to see if our golfers advanced.
Thurs., Oct. 2 is the deadline to submit required paperwork for any young man wishing to try out for the IESA 7th grade and 8th grade teams as well as our 6th grade team in partnership with the Champaign Park District.
Required paperwork includes:
1. Completed Unit 4 form
2. Current physical -6th graders who turned their hysical in to the office must let Ms.Borchardt know so she can check the date.
3. Completed waiver form
4. Copy of your insurance or medical card
All the required paperwork needs to be turned in to Ms. Borchardt in room 122 NOT the office.
Packets of the required paperwork are on the athletic bulletin board outside room 122.

Saturday, Sept. 13: JV baseball versus Holy Cross at Spalding, 10am
XC at Normal Parkside, 9:30am
