Edison's Mission
It is our mission at Edison Middle School to work collaboratively to place the focus on the academic, social, and emotional needs of each individual student first and ensure that ALL students are prepared for post-secondary education.
Good luck to the boys basketball team as they travel to Franklin tonight facing their cross-town rivals.
Cancer Awareness Night: tomorrow night the girls basketball teams are hosting their Cancer Awareness Night. After the 7th grade game we will recognize cancer survivors and those currently fighting cancer. All staff and students are encouraged to support the girls basketball team by wearing pink for breast cancer or teal for ovarian cancer awareness.
Wrestling season begins Monday December 1. All interested wrestlers who have all their required paperwork turned in must attend practice on Mon. Dec 1 from 3-5 pm in the south gym. You will need shorts, tshirt and wrestling shoes/tennis shoes. Please come prepared to participate.
After practice on Tuesday Dec 2 we will have our parent/wrestler meeting in the cafeteria, 5:30 pm. All are required to attend.
Volleyball tryouts will be announced after girls basketball regional dates are set. Listen to announcements.
